Payment Information
We want to make your care as simple and stress-free as possible. Please note: you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you ever have questions about your account, please call us at 806.354.2424. Many times, a quick phone call clears up any misunderstandings.
Insurance & Billing
As a courtesy, we will:
- Help you with your insurance claims
- Submit claims electronically on your behalf
Depending on your specific coverage, you will be required to pay an estimated portion of your treatment at the time of service. Most insurance companies respond within 4–6 weeks. After that, you will receive a statement for any unpaid balance.
Payment Options
We understand the rising cost of healthcare and strive to make treatment affordable. You may choose from:
- Pay in full for treatment and receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company (fastest option for reimbursement).
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Receive a 5% discount when paying in full with cash or check.
- Pay the estimated portion of treatment and leave a credit card on file. Once insurance pays their portion, any remaining balance will be charged. If there is an overpayment, we will promptly refund you.
- Financing options to spread out payments:
- CareCredit – a healthcare credit card with no interest if paid in full within the promotional period
- Cherry – flexible monthly payment plans, including interest-free options
Important Information
Balances unpaid after 60 days will be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
After 90 days, unpaid accounts may be sent to collections.
In special cases, we may offer additional financial arrangements. Please discuss with our business manager prior to treatment.
